On occasion the pizza isn't wonderful but the staff is always friendly.... read more Mountainside is a hit and miss restaurant with my family. We ether love it or we don't . On occasion the pizza isn't wonderful but the staff is always friendly. I always call in orders to pickup, never dined in. Their product is a little over priced but currently, everything is overpriced so I cant be to picky about that. The Hawaiian pizza from here is delicious!

Well this evening we walked in and seated ourselves like we usually do. The server came out and yelled at us saying that her boss told her that she must seat everyone and if we didn't want to comply then we could leave. We are now at Foxes Pizza where the service is much more pleasurable. We will never return to Georgie's Pizza in Berkeley Springs again due to the terrible attitude given to us!

We also ordered a basket... read more My partner I were craving chicken wings decided to give this restaurant a try. We ordered 2 8 piece bone in wings, one BBQ one buffalo. We also ordered a basket of fries. When we sat down to eat our take out, we noticed everything was rather cold,despite picking it up on time. We ate it agreed that the fries were awful, but the wings were fine. We have had worse.Unfortunately, now my partner has terrible food poisoning today I've read other reviews that the culprit is very likely thechicken. Shameful.

The tea tasted salty so we asked politely to have another drink and were told it was ?the policy? to charge for another drink. (Apparently there?s apolicy for when your drink taste like salt.)We were actually charged for tea and the replacement drink when we didn?t drink thetea. The server was incredibly rude. It took forever get our pizza and it wasn?t cooked in the center. The toppings were freshtho. This was approximately 7pm on a Friday. We noticed two other tables but they had their food already. People also tried toenter and were turned away saying he was closing soon. One star for fresh toppings.
