I am a loyal customer for red ribbon bergenfield and proud of the filipino food there. This time i am so pissed. I made a mistake placing the order on their website theres option of pick up and delivery. I called right away 5x with 5 10 min space in between. Nobody picks up the phone. A guy called me at 4:30 asking when will i pick up the order. I told him what happened. He said they are understaff one in kitchen and... View all feedback.
