What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The sandwiches were decent, but the tables were dirty with dried dips. The fountain drinks were flat and the ice cream had an unpleasant taste. The server seemed insulted when I asked for more ketchup. Additionally, the hand dryers in the bathroom were not functioning and there were no towels available. Overall, I won’t be returning to this place and would not recommend it. It was a disappointing experience. View all feedback.
Mostly very good fast service. that was an exception. first experience with app order. long wait cold pommes. would have been 5 times faster just to drive.
Tried to stop here when they opened. We were on a 13 hour trip with 2 young kids. We waited outside the door after it said they were opened but they never came to unlock the door. We waited 15 minutes and several of the employees just kept staring at us but never doing anything except take drive thru orders (google, their sign, and their door said that dine in opened at 5am). Finally decided to just go through the drive thru and even that took way too long.
Road stop for lunch. I had the Crispy Chicken sandwich. The chicken was over cooked and dry. Fries were good. The restroom was acceptable.
We stopped in as a group of 11. Great customer service. Everything went smoothly. Really nice restaurant!
Tried to use bogo code at drive thru from deal app, told it wasn't working. Asked if manager could help. Didn't get manager to check. Paid for rest of order for my husband, canceled mine. As we drove away, I put in mobile order and code worked fine, but didn't bother going back into that store. Not good customer service!!!
