Upstairs! Best burgers, biggest burgers and best value for money, best ice cream (good custard) and BEST SERVICE! Culver's is the only fast food chain in which I have ever been, where employees like to be there and serve you. During this special visit 09/07/22 11:00 I actually left my pull-out bag on the beverage counter and an employee ran out and brought it to me. He was very polite and positive when I also ordered... What Liis Luts doesn't like about Culver's:
Everyone was friendly efficient. Drive Thru was pulled through with good speed. Crazy Keksteig cement mixer was almost crazy enough. Barely was even disturbed! It was just half a crotch downstairs half nuts, but it's cute cream. Rename it easily Deranged Keksteig or add the other half of the role of Keksteig O.G. Pyschopath Style. View all feedback.

He was very polite and positive when I also ordered my food. I wish I had asked about his name or remembered what the name tag said, but he had dark hair and was probably late 20s early 30s? Whatever. Culver's is always excellent and this location is great, the best I have visited.
Guy at the register was heard loud and clear. I keep going to a barbecue restaurant where the person taking the order is really hard to hear, which is funny because this Culver's has masks and they didn't even hinder this guy's voice. Even his body language was pretty good. We got crispy chicken sandwiches, and my mother actually noticed the chicken was different sizes. I could honestly do with smaller portions, but the variations makes it obvious that this is WHOLE meat; I don't think it's ground chicken. The cheese curds also have a bit of variance, but not in that great of a way. They turn out different at each Culver's location, even though I eat all of them anyway. This location had some of the best texture in theirs, but the flavor wasn't the same as what I had in Wisconsin. Didn't get the onion rings here, but several locations have had better ones than like 80% of non-fast restaurants. Shout-out to the weirdos who put extra salt on theirs; I think that was in Indiana. The building is actually hard to find; easy with a map, but invisible from the road. I bet they get a lot of returning customers, but people from the highway would get lost.
Always a good consistent experience. Very helpful staff. Try fish sandwich or mushroom Swiss burger. Crinkle cut fries. Great root beer. Custard flavor of the day is best value. Custard and drink included in kid meal and burger is regular sized. Regular adults should count on $10 per person with dessert
Delicious, creamy vanilla concrete stayed frozen for almost an hr, even if it is artificial flavoring. Big crinkle fries. Decent burger. Enough food that I was glad I got the single patty.
