The freshness and crispness of the crostini was wonderfully complemented by the fluffy rich texture of the tasty souffle. For first plate I had a generous helping of nettle tagliolini with Spec and the local speciality of truffles. This is one of the local restaurant with permission to sell truffles. This was a visual and gastronomic delight. Absolutely wonderful blend of flavours. People travel to Manubiola for miles around for its truffle and wild boar dishes. I was not able to get to second plate though I would have loved to. Instead we moved onto desert. I had a a chestnut and nut semi-frozen desert in a bed of sharon fruit sauce. A thoroughly enjoyable finish to an amazing meal. I would definitely go back again.
