They were out of Italian herbs and cheese, and when I mentioned it, she responded, "You can call corporate if you want, but they’ll just laugh at you." I hadn’t even made a complaint, so her reaction felt unnecessary and rude.

The prices are incredibly high! There was only one staff member actually working, and he was doing his best to keep up. The woman at the register was on the pho... read more The prices are incredibly high! There was only one staff member actually working, and he was doing his best to keep up. The woman at the register was on the phone while wrapping sandwiches. When a customer asked her to hang up and wash her hands before making his sandwich, she responded rudely. She was handling everyone's sandwiches carelessly and even knocked some meat off mine. Her behavior was very unprofessional. I definitely won’t be returning!
