Friends told us about the Houndstooth for a while but we said “In downtown Benton Harbor??? Finally went Friday night and we’re blown away. Very small menu as far as main courses go but they have a lot of unique items to share. Think Tapas but in a very gourmet way. Great little space with a New York meat packing district vibe. Small but efficient wine list that we had a Pinot Noir “ Stoller” that was very good. We both had the Halibut as that’s one of our favs and a couple sides. Crunchy potatoes were outstanding. We will be back soon as there are a couple more things we need to try. Our server I think his name was Shay) was a hoot and was excellent.

An absolute gem! The food is impeccably executed. We enjoyed martinis, Ahi Tuna, Buffalo Tartare, Crunchy Potatoes, Halibut, Passionfruit Panna Cotta, Malted Ice Cream. Menu changes often, which reflects the expertise of the chefs.

We dined here for dinner. Amazing menu. New American cuisine with an Asian flair. BYOB allowed. Lively vibe. Food was incredible. Fantastic service. Big city quality in a small town. Multiple small plates. Halibut and slow steak to die for.
