Applebee's Grill - Benton Harbor

The food is always pretty good, can't say I've ever been disappointed. The service at Benton Harbor Applebee's is what makes it stand out. The entire staff is top shelf. And just an FYI to all my fellow bourbon old fashioned lovers, Ed and Lauren are two of the best if not the best in the area. Hands down.

The host was so friendly and inviting when we walked in. Tony was literally the BEST server I've had wait on me and my friends in months!! Thank you so much for making our experience so much fun, he was attentive and the food was delicious! Keep up the good work everyone, Cheers

Awful appetizer...I got the combination of wings, mozzarella sticks, chicken Cassadias (sp) and spinach dip. The food was over spiced and the wings were tough. I 've gotten this before and it was great! Maybe a new cook or leftovers from the previous night??? Our waitress was ok, but just having a bad day... I will return and try it again...but if not better. I 'll send it back.

Applebee's quality of the food good fast food in town. service friendly staff . Food came out hot and was good but what made our dining experience awesome was our waitress Emily L She was so friendly and so attentive to our needs she brought us refills before we even asked her to And would ask us if everything was ok and if we needed anything else Thank you Emily L
