I have found that there is some inconsistency in the quality of food you get at the 99 Restaurants. This particular one in Waltham was pretty good. My caesar salad was big and the chicken was good. Potato skins were also really good. The rest of the meals ordered were ok. View all feedback.

I usually love the 99, but I will not be go back. Unfortunately, this 99 allows a drunk goblin named Michelle ruin their customers experience. She is there almost every night and is always completely wasted. She is very intrusive and crass. She was rude, insulting and so loud. She will not leave you alone and the bartenders and waitresses do nothing about it. It ruined my time and I won’t be going back. View all feedback.
I'm constantly impressed by the creativity of the staff at this restaurant. Each meal never disappoint. Definitely a must-visit for foodies!

Same great flavored Beef Tips for the past 30 plus years. But the past couple of times, I found the beef quality to be chewy, rice is different too, but okay.
Ordered for pick up and the service was fast and the one who brought out our order was extremely friendly. The food was exactly as ordered and delicious. Would definitely recommend.
