I had a terrible experience at Valentino's in Bennington. My brother has always raved about this place, but I have to say they really need to improve their service. I ordered $80 worth of food, and they told me it would be a 45-minute delivery wait. After nearly 90 minutes, my food still hadn't arrived. When we called to check on our order, they informed us that it was still at the restaurant and that the delivery was on its way. We asked if we could get a refund or a discount on a future order, and they said they would send a dessert as compensation. What we received, however, was unappetizing and looked like it had been sitting around for a week. I was very disappointed.
I absolutely love everything about Bennington Valentino! The food is always fresh and served hot to go. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, regardless of how often I visit each week. Our family highly recommends this place!
