I ordered two foot-long sandwiches, and they were made careless... read more Subway used to be my go-to spot for sandwiches, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I ordered two foot-long sandwiches, and they were made carelessly. When I opened one, I was shocked to find only about five spinach leaves, despite choosing “more spinach,” and the cheddar cheese was barely noticeable. I’ve picked up the same sandwiches several times before with proper portions, so this was a surprise. It made me wonder if management recently instructed to reduce serving sizes. I called the Subway store at 8:55 PM to report the issue and asked how long they were open. The person told me they were busy but would be open for another 30 minutes, asking me to come by then since they stay open until 10. However, after hanging up, I checked Google and saw they actually close at 9. When I arrived at 9:05, the staff had already finished for the day and were cleaning up. This was the worst customer experience I've had, feeling misled to come after hours. I returned the sandwiches for a refund and, sadly, I don’t plan to visit Subway again. Thanks for the great sandwiches in the past. Hopefully, they improve their menu and customer service soon.
