I decided to skip the Bennington bypass and head into town for lunch—and it was definitely the right choice! Decided to give Madison Brewing Co. Pub Restaurant a try and couldn't have been happier with my meal. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap with sweet potatoes, and it was delicious. On top of that, the service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and fast. If you're in Bennington, this place is a must-visit! Price per person: $20–30

We must have arrived at a weird time, about 4pm. I say this because we ordered food and when the app came we asked for the menu back because what we got was a bit different from what we ordered. We get the menu and get completely distracted because this menu has different selections on it, lol. Selections that weren’t on the previous menu and where things we probably would have ordered had we known they were available. Food was fine. Service was lacking. Took quite a bit of time to get a refill and just a basic check in and it wasn’t that busy. I’d go back for the food, even the app which was different from what we expected was good.
