We were just there 15 to 20 minutes be... read more The website the ad we saw to even get there to tell the pizza everything, you can order and receive delivery up to 10:30. We were just there 15 to 20 minutes before 9:48 and were told we couldn't order and everything we could do, I get a few slices that looked old as if they had been in the warmer quite some kind and not appetizing.

Tonight was a terrible experience for pizza and I had to cancel my order. Ordered at 6:40 for estimated pickup at 7:30. When I arrived at the store at 7:25, the order had not even been started, and the guy in the kitchen could not even give me an estimate of when it would be done. I canceled the order and finally went through somewhere else when I had a family home, the required dinner. Pro Tip: Place your order in the store until this situation improves.

I placed my... read more Casey’s is usually my go-to place for gas and a quick bite before work, and my favorite spot for pizza. However, tonight was a terrible experience. I placed my pizza order at 6:40, expecting to pick it up by 7:30. When I arrived at 7:25, my order hadn’t even been started, and the kitchen staff couldn’t give me any estimate on when it would be ready. I had to cancel and get dinner elsewhere since I had a family waiting at home. My advice: pay in-store when ordering until they improve their service.

However, the store manager, Kris, could improve her people skills based on how she interacts with employees and some customers. Aside from that, it’s a fantastic store.
