We were just there 15 to 20 minutes before 9:48 and were told we couldn't order and everything we could do, I get a few slices that looked old as if they had been in the warmer quite some kind and not appetizing.

Tonight was a terrible experience for pizza and I had to cancel my order. Ordered at 6:40 for estimated pickup at 7:30. When I arrived at the store at 7:25, the order had not even been started, and the guy in the kitchen could not even give me an estimate of when it would be done. I canceled the order and finally went through somewhere else when I had a family home, the required dinner. Pro Tip: Place your order in the store until this situation improves.

People are standing in the back doing nothing and there is a line of people waiting. Always someone different and on occasion some get agitated when asked if there will be pizza soon.

If you place an order after 6 PM, be ready for a wait that can ex... read more This Casey's is quite new, and they're consistently busy with pizza orders almost every night. If you place an order after 6 PM, be ready for a wait that can exceed an hour. The pizza from this location has always been excellent. However, my only issue is their lack of coordination with orders that include hot sides, like cheese sticks. They tend to finish those sides too soon, so they end up being warm rather than hot by the time the pizza is ready. That pizza, which I order nearly every week, is fantastic! Delicious!
