Yoga Sutra Shala - Benissiva

I was twice in yoga sutra shala and I really enjoyed my stay there. first was for a yoga holiday in summer. we had two good yoga sessions daily and much time to relax; use the pool, go for walks. the second time was yoga teacher training. I also recommend that, as I trusted to teach yoga shortly after the workout. in both retreat areas I made friends, some of whom I am still in contact with was excellent, I would only come back for these meals; best quality vegan food, a great selection of oriented. I have an incompatibility for gluten, so somewhat more limited to what I can eat (size like weeping etc. are from my diet), but they treated it well both paint. all clearly marked, gluten-containing eating separated-I had a lot to eat. I enjoyed the rooms I got, especially the first I had during my two weeks yoga vacation. I would have done something else to plan how to put these two together better. the retreat closes at the weekend, so I had to go somewhere else for the meanwhile weeks. If I do this again, I will ask for recommendations. Extra services, such as airport pickup and return to alicante, also worked well. I want to come back.

Stillness of mind and body comes over you as you walk up the street approaching the centre, and this continues until you leave on Friday at lunchtime. It was the most energising experience of my life. Beautiful place, beautiful food and most of all magical scenery in a family and super friendly and caring atmosphere. Cant recommend this enough!!

I went to yoga sutra shala in March 2019 and was not only the place, the team and the yoga experience excellent, but eating was also exceptional. all vegan, tasty, fresh and usually locally grown and organic. there were hearts and souls in all dressed and every day we really were looking forward to the meals. also the silent brunches and ritualized community dinners were so attentive and meaningful. we can not wait to go back, hopefully this year and eating definitiw was a great part of the experience!

Quiet of spirit and body comes over them while they go the road on the way to the center, and this goes on until they go on Friday at midday. it was the most energetic experience of my life. beautiful place, nice eating and most magical landscapes in a family and super friendly and nurturing atmosphere. cant recommend that enough!

We had two good sessions of yoga daily and ample time to relax; use the pool, go for walks. Second time was yoga teacher training. I recommend that too, as it gave me confidence to start teaching yoga quite soon after the training finished. On both retreats I made friends, some of them that I'm still in touch with. Food was excellent, I would return back only for those meals; best quality Vegan food, a huge variety of dishes. I have an intolerance for gluten, so a bit more limited on what I can eat (grains like wheat etc are out of my diet , but they handled it well both times. All clearly marked, gluten containing food separate-I had lots to eat. I enjoyed the rooms I got, especially the first one I had during my two week yoga holiday. Only thing I might have done different was to plan how to put those two weeks better together. The retreat closes in the weekend, so I had to go somewhere else for the weeked in between. Well, if I do so again I will ask for recommendations. Extra services, like pick up from airport and return to Alicante, also worked out well. I would like to come back.:
