The third time we go and order a paella to go, they charge us the deposit as normal. We return it the same day, they were already cleaning and they ask us to go... read more The third time we go and order a paella to go, they charge us the deposit as normal. We return it the same day, they were already cleaning and they ask us to go another day, we go another day and they tell us they don't have change. We decided to call, they told us that they would give us a bizum, 6 days later nothing, we called again, they told us that they would call us back right away and that they would give us the bizum. Nothing.... We go again for the third time, and with bad faces included they give us the deposit. Saying that they have been on vacation etc. when every time we have called and gone they were there and we spoke on the phone. It took us 3 weeks to get the deposit back. Also mention that in summer the air conditioning is very tight, you leave there sweating and it is not just our impression, friends and acquaintances also agree on the same thing. Bad faces and lack of education with customer service, and even more so when you have made a mistake, do not go hand in hand. Although the food is correct, we will not return.
