A pal told us about Japit... read more Living in southern Italy most of the year we have been aching for sushi. We have tried it in a variety of towns and been disappointed. A pal told us about Japit and tonight we were treated to sushi so perfectly fresh and prepared that we crooned with delight. We asked the chef/owner to surprise us. He was trained in Japan and committed to providing his customers with an exceptional sushi experience. The sushi and sashimi melted in my mouth. The Japanese style tables were comfortable and does to the experience. We will return.
