Great, I tasted the best of the city. The owners are fantastic. The place is treated in detail. Stand ovation for the bench full of socks and pizzas for each palate. Congratulations. View all feedback.
For those who like us often prefer pizza from the dough closer to that of the focaccia, this pizzeria can only become a reference point... The pizza in the baking tray (we have not tried the classic round) is thick, excellently leavened, accasellata, soft and seasoned with top quality ingredients. The pieces may look great but in reality they are very light and digestible, also because really little seasoned with oil, which is not even used on the bottom (other than the generality of the pizzas in the pan). Fried calzones are also a specialty, we tried the one with the parmigiana and the provola, which on the paper could be a bomb, in fact it was not at all greased and heavy, although very tasty. The good baked calzone but we expected it a little more full of filling. Both pizzas and calzones are neat with different combinations, both classic and particular, and can also be created with ingredients of your choice. Small but clean and cozy. The owner is friendly and very helpful to meet the needs. Recommended.
To try everything, but surely the fried calzone and the focaccia with the parmigiana.. .
