The soups they have are... read more I ate here twice during my stay in Pontelandolfo. The food is well prepared and tasty. Be careful, though, the portions a very generous. The soups they have are great, as well as the pork dishes. The staff was cheerful, helpful, and pleasant. They do not, however, serve wine. They do have an extensive beer menu.

The interior is medieval- rock walls and little interior grottos are hung with a collection of medieval weapons. Have no fear the atmosphere is lively. We enjoy coming for cocktails and light dinners. Every one of the soups are fantastic. The menu is in Latin but the wait staff are patient and will explain all. It is billed as a pub and has a vast selection of beer. My husband,rightly so, doesn't understand why they don't serve wine. The bartender makes a slam dunk mojito and French 75! The bread is just like your southern Italian Nonna's. Folks come in for the tasting platters which we have also enjoyed. Go to their website to see the full menu.

Landulphi is a jewel worth discovering... read more I have been fortunate to visit this region several times. Every time I go I leave with a full stomach and happy memories. Landulphi is a jewel worth discovering in the heart of Pontelandolfo, Benevento. The restaurant/pub offers great beer, great food and a cozy atmosphere. I will be back.
