The person working at the drive-thru window told me they couldn't make me a salad without cheese because they come pre-made, which I was aware of, but usually they would accommodate my request. Then, when I got to the window, the young man working there said he could have made one for me except he didn't like my attitude. I was frustrated and disappointed by his comment. They made me wait for my change, even though I felt they could have been more efficient. Eating cheese causes me severe dizziness for three days, so it was disappointing that they couldn't make an exception for me. In my experience, other Wendy's locations have been more accommodating. I'm not sure if I'll be returning to this particular location in the future.

My wife and I stopped by the restaurant on Wednesday night after church, on our way home. We both ordered the Jr. Bacon to-go, but when we received our order, we were disappointed to see that there was only a small strip of bacon and no salad on either sandwich. I was very sad about this. As a result, I now choose to eat lunch at Chick-fil-A every day. They provide the best service, with friendly staff and consistently delicious food.

However, this ti... read more I decided to give Wendy's another chance after a few months. Last time I went, the staff was rude, service was slow, and the food was terrible. However, this time was completely different. The staff was friendly, service was quick, and the food was really good. I was pleasantly surprised as my previous experience at this Wendy's was the worst. I don't know what they changed, but I hope they continue to provide this level of excellent service.

They used to be ok. The food the last few times I've been has been cold, soggy and chewy. Done with Wendy's. Plus $18 for two burger meals. No thanks. I'll make... read more They used to be ok.
