I became a r... read more This year service and food quality has been Very disappointing. Last year there was a very good, overworked early morning manager who did his best. I became a regular to support its business. I lived in the twin cities and Dunkin Donuts was my go tofor 25 years. Donuts and coffee are their lifeblood. This location no longer reflects the standards they had previously. My last3 visits here were early am, before 7 am. Burned, dried out (old) bagels, eggs so rubbery I couldnt chew it enough to break itdown. Threw the egg out into the bushes, checked next day and even the animals left it alone. I loved Dunkin coffee, but thisvisit it tasted burned, perhaps microwaved which scorched it. Had to dump it. So I tossed out my entire breakfast that morning.What the heck has happened to our Dunkin???? With so many great coffee choices nearby, I will stop elsewhere. Wont be back.

Every once in a great while I'll get someone who doesn't hate their job but they sure make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them.I hope the workers change their tune I'd like to return but after this morning I'm having second thoughts.

I have been to this locat... read more If you get donuts don?t expect them to be ?Cream Filled?. At this location you get 1/4 1/2 teaspoon MAX of vanilla cream or chocolate. I have been to this location Several times and I can honestly say this is what you should expect. I?ve been to other Dunkin? Donuts with the same order and I?ve had excellent donuts with cream oozing 2 3 Tablespoons or more. Initially when Dunkin? Donuts came to Bemidji I was excited to come in and see the same great donuts I have expected through the years. They have a pretty good prices but not the same expectation is throughout the United States. I suppose I thought it was just initially new staff ? but it?s consistent minimal cream filling.
