Kfc - Bemidji

The food was disappointing overall. The only thing worth trying were the fries. The mashed potatoes were bad and the chicken tenders were a letdown, especially considering they are known for their chicken dishes. It was even worse than what you would find in a elementary school cafeteria.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. They often mislabel drinks that are sent out through the drive-thru without knowing what is in each cup. When asked to repeat the order to ensure accuracy, the cashier named Lindsey is very rude and unwilling to help. I wish I could give this place a zero-star rating. Lindsey could benefit from some training on how to respond to customers without being confrontational. Moreover, the cost of the food does not match the poor level of service provided.

I don't think KFC is any better now, I just wish they would bring back the dinner rolls. I'm not a fan of the cookies.

Like many fast food establishments, this restaurant provided excellent service and tasty food. It was a pleasant change from the usual quick meal options, with options like fries, salad, and macaroni and cheese. The KFC team was friendly and attentive.

The service at the drive-thru was quick, the staff was helpful in taking our order, and the food was fresh, hot, and exactly what we ordered. Our order was delivered to us very quickly.
