I understand that times are difficult, but it is important to ensure that orders are accurate. My son (guest 193) recently visited and paid for sweet potato fries that were missing from our order. Additionally, the mushroom Swiss burger we ordered only had Swiss cheese without any mushrooms. We are eager to support our local restaurants, but attention to detail is crucial for customer satisfaction.
The manager at our Bemidji location went above and beyond to help my child bring custard for their birthday celebration at school. It was a fantastic experience!
Actually able to finish my meal and another 20 minutes I waited before leaving. One chocolate shake and it couldn't get to me in the half hour I waited. Fabulous as others left due to not getting their order in time
Slow service. Malt all melted by the time it got to our table. Food cold. The famous butterburger the burger was super super thin, the slice of cheese was thicker. You couldn't even taste that you were eating a burger.
Food tasted like it smelled-rancid. There was a trail of grease from the kitchen out the entry door to the drive up delivery area. The restaurant tables-chairs-counters and floors were covered in sticky goo. The entire drink area was filthy. Orders were slow and employees stood around playing with their phones. Just terrible conditions for such a nice franchise.
