The employees kept saying "hello?" over the... read more I wish I could give this place a zero. My sister and I just went through the drive-thru, and it was a complete mess. The employees kept saying "hello?" over the intercom, and we responded, but all we got back was more "hello?" Then, one of the staff members poked their head out the window and waved us forward, but as soon as we got to the window, they started chatting with another employee and just walked away. It felt like they were either playing some sort of game or deliberately trying to avoid serving customers. Either way, it was incredibly rude and extremely unprofessional.

The service seemed satisfactory, but what I witnessed behind the scenes at 6:15 PM on Friday, October 28th, 2020, with only four customers in the restaurant, wa... read more The service seemed satisfactory, but what I witnessed behind the scenes at 6:15 PM on Friday, October 28th, 2020, with only four customers in the restaurant, was troubling. The staff were using inappropriate language after the customers departed. Maintaining professionalism shouldn’t be too hard, yet it appears that the pressure at this location is quite high, particularly with more than three staff members on duty and a vacant drive-thru on a Friday night.
