The staff member was also incredibly rude.

Many people have been commenting on the slow service, and while it is true that it can be slow, the restaurant is often seriously understaffed—sometimes only on... read more Many people have been commenting on the slow service, and while it is true that it can be slow, the restaurant is often seriously understaffed—sometimes only one person is working, and occasionally there are two. It's easy to complain, but if you’re in a hurry, maybe it’s best to take your business elsewhere. In my view, the staff is doing their best with the limited help they have, so a little patience and understanding would go a long way.

Whether it’s forgetting sauces, old food, bad customer service... read more Okay so typically every time I visit McDonald’s they always mess up my order and I leave pissed. Whether it’s forgetting sauces, old food, bad customer service whatever. But today I was SO happy with EVERYTHING. The timing/service was great, food was fresh and I had the best caramel frappe ever. They were super busy yet the manager still checked on us within 5 minutes of us getting our food, on top of running around the kitchen helping out in different stations. I’ve never been so impressed with McDonald’s I just HAD to share my experience.
