The waitress was prompt and polite. My coffee cup was always full. She was on the ball! After a very extensive menu, I chose the Chilaquiles. The tortillas were crispy and soaked in salsa verde, covered with chorizo and two eggs. I chose rice and beans on the side instead of hashbrowns. The part was very generous and I really enjoyed the Chilaquiles. It was delicious and I ate almost every bite! But in all honesty the rice and the beans fell on taste and texture and I couldn't eat it. I will stop again to try the poblano skill with hashbrowns.
