The parking is convenient, and the menu offers a great selection. Although there were only two staff members handling orders, they did their best to provide good service, although I did have to wait for my food. As for wheelchair accessibility, the restaurant is wheelchair-friendly with easy entry and a nearly level entrance.
I'm not sure what has happened to Arby's lately. The food doesn't taste fresh. The fries are old, mostly crumbs, and hard. Overall, it's just disappointing.
Food was good, fast. The store was completely dirty! Floors were dirty, sticky and rugs were in piles by the door. The pop dispenser counter was disgusting with weeks worth of pop rings from the spillage from the machine. Bathrooms were very scummy. A young manager was working on his lap top in the dining room…oblivious to the mess all over the place!! Sorry we won’t be back!
Some people's children just can't follow simple directions to microwave a prepared meal, and beg for Carpenters wages. This place suxx!!
Ordered through door dash. Got the food half of it was missing. The drinks were all wrong and it was slopped together and cold. Ridiculous will never again with beloit. We always use the Janesville location and now we know why. Never have I ever had a bad order through the Janesville store. Always fresh always accurate. Beloit store what a joke.
