What User doesn't like about The Forbes Hotel Restaurant:
Popped in for a drink after a show as the outside looked inviting. But inside- carpets so thin held together with tape , ceiling flaking close to derelict, bar, tables sticky and that old wet dog smell what was that. The worst though were the toilets they were a bio hazard- probably not their fault but i doubt they had a cleaning roster, i mean this is a public place, i seriously gagged. Caught up with a girlfriend, I said let me take you to an old Pub which has been on the corner of Forbes street for many years, has got that old worldly character about it, the carpet is so old needs replacing, so worn out but adds to the character and charm of the hotel.
