It was buffet style and even though the line was moving quickly, they answered all of my allergy questions and helped me get food that was safe for me! I can't say enough nice things about these people. The food was great, but the care from their staff was the best part!

We didn 't have to wait long and our server was very attentive. The food was plated beautiful and tasted so good. I ordered the Highland Park which is grilled chicken with swiss and house marinade. This place is gourmet with small town charm. There was plenty of room for parking. Inside, and even outside, was decked out with flare. It 's definitely worth checking out. I loved everything about it.Kid-friendliness: They have a great selection of entrées for Little Texans which is the kids menu at the bottom of the menu.Parking: We were able to park our 10 wheeler semi truck and trailer in their parking lot without much trouble or blocking anyone.

The ladies working were beyond precious and the food was OMG amazing. I will most definitely be driving back to Bells for this place! Everything homemade and incredible, we need to come back and try the burgers next. This place is going to be a killer for my diet but ohhh so worth it!!

It w... read more We made the trip today from McKinney to try 1836 Cafe. The food and service was excellent. The ambiance was charming. I had the Lone Star burger and fries. It was excellent! We will be back!
