Sonic Drive-in - Bells
Sonic Drive-in
Description
This Sonic offers convenient hours, car-friendly service and a pleasant outdoor setting with a pond and farm-like charm, alongside fresh-fried items and well-made drinks. Reviews are mixed: some praise standout staff and upgraded ingredients, while others report slow, understaffed drive-thru service, order errors, language misunderstandings, and freeway noise. Value feels hit-or-miss, so experiences depend heavily on timing and which team members are on duty.

I waited in the drive-thru for 45 minutes, while people inside just stared at us without even acknowledging the delay. There were only two cars there, and we never received our food. We eventually had to leave, feeling like we wasted nearly an hour on staff who seemed to be doing nothing.
If you have 15min to sit at the drive thru window for a drink pre ordered through the app it’s great
I went to sonic at 8:45 to get a grilled cheese after having foot surgery and was unable to walk in anywhere else. The person working came to the door and looked at the drive thru and then proceeded to go and stand by the cash register until it was time to close and turned off the lights. After all the subpar service I received before, I always gave them the benefit of the doubt. This was just terrible service. If you don’t want to work, then quit. Unacceptable.
Went to order sonic, drove to the window and there was girls flipping me off laughing and gossiping. Horrible customer service, foods alright. definitely not a fan of the workers nor the attitude they have.
The restaurant is conveniently located near the freeway, which makes it quite noisy. Unfortunately, the background noise made it difficult for them to hear my order. However, a friendly young man came to our car to take our order, and he appeared to be the only one managing the cars. The chicken strips were delicious and freshly fried.
