I used to frequent this place... read more It's disheartening to witness the decline of a once great establishment under the new management team that took over in May 2024. I used to frequent this place four times a week, but now I'm compelled to seek better and more efficient service elsewhere. Experienced staff members have departed, and the wait times have become unbearable. Waiting for a simple burger now takes three times longer than it did just a few months ago. I sincerely hope this feedback reaches the new management's attention. In the past three days alone, I've received the wrong order and today, after waiting patiently for 25 minutes, my meal had to be reordered because it was never even sent to the kitchen.

I hope they'll include dairy-free milkshake options someday since I can no longer have the delicious milkshakes (blackberry is my favorite). I'd also love to see gluten-free breading for the breaded stuff someday, but for now even just having the buns (which you can order for things like the turkey sandwich too) is really nice.

The parking area is spacious enough to accommodate my truck, which is a rarity in a big city. An employee promptly approached my vehicle to take my order, providing very friendly service, and there were plenty of napkins available! The food is of high quality with no unpleasant chemical taste. The prices are reasonable, especially considering they use grass-fed beef. I also appreciated having a food tray set up on my window. I'll definitely be returning!
