Excellent selection of all our favourites! The iPad makes selection foolproof. Not only is there a description of the food, but there is a detailed picture of each dish.We like to order in small batches. That way we makes sure we eat what we order and do not waste food. Used to go here monthly, not any longer. The service was not great we felt that we were being ignored. Food came out semi warm, undercooked and had an issue telling the server as they were not very attentive. Not at all good value for the money $52 for 2 for supper without drinks, not good. The food is absolutely delicious and I enjoy the convenience of ordering on the iPads. The prices are very affordable, especially during lunch hours. There are plenty of options to choose from.
This new all-you-can-eat style restaurant in Belleville is very nice and appears to be quite clean.
We dine at this restaurant for lunch every couple of weeks because the food is delicious. However, the service is severely lacking.
Reading the bad reviews that are all customer service related, I can honestly say I have NEVER had this occur. I have been to this restaurant at least 20 times and yes when they are busy it is a little slower service but there is service. I enjoy the Japanese food and would highly recommend it. If there is an issue with the order in which the food comes out the solution is easy . Order your appetizers first then when you are finished order your main course.
