Gab's Resto-bistro

The service was very good. there are happy workers who love their job here. the food was good. during our meal there was a crying baby that bothered. Why are people rude enough to do that? ruin my outing for it! that's a bistro, not really for children. after the payment for the meal with a credit card that server obviously saw that the tip was not included in this transaction. I usually leave the tip in cash because I have difficulty with these machines because there are some different models that are confusingly frustrating. also in this background it was quite dark in the bistro. a table with which they can see a very small candle. the waiter actually asked about his tipp. uoh. there is no way in the hell that I would eat there again! never.

Gab's is a fantastic place to dive! Excellent food, service and ambience. You can't go wrong here.

Everything is there.. except the food which would require better quality ingredients and more talent in the kitchen. It's average food and yet they charge premium prices for it. We had the trio of pasta, it was bland, lacked spices, ingredients most likely came from cans instead of being fresh. And the pizza with fine crust and chorizo, that chorizo is bland, the pizza is ok, would have required actual spices. Apparently everything is pre prepared and just assembled by someone in the kitchen who has no talent. It shows. Otherwise nice service and very nice people.
