Rudest staff ever. The ice cream servers need to realise they serve ice cream. That’s their job. Had they worked at school maybe they wouldn’t be serving ice cream for a living. The girl servers had an attitude…like, like, why I am here, like, I’m too pretty, like (and trust me, there aren’t). They so hate their job. Poor boss View all feedback.
Eating was very good with quite decent trips. the ambiente to sit on the lake is excellent. the big problem is service. our lunch.

Lovely view from room 325 on the top floor. Hotel and staff are nice for the most part. Pool is closed at present . Tip for you. Floor 1 has balcony rooms with terrace with table and chairs. I would like them if I were to come again.
