The hotel is very good, but it has some points that should have been better. The cleanliness of our room was not very good. There were spiders and cobwebs in the bathroom and bedroom and it was a big problem for us, as my fiancè is arachnophobic. Besides, the floor was only cleaned where we could see it. Under the bed and under the air conditioner there was a lot of dust and some insects. Overall our stay was nice. B... View all feedback.
Bella location sul lago, ottimo anche il servizio. Cucina tipica con pesce di lago. Ci siamo trovati bene
Volevo tanto provare la cucina locale e sono rimasta delusa. Sicuramente il pesce di lago non è gustoso come quello di mare ma io ho trovato piatti davvero senza personalità e gusto.
Stayed in the hotel which the restaurant is part of. Breakfast is in the conservatory whilst dinner is on a covered patio area. The food was first class. Staff happy and attentive. And the view !! Located up the hill from the Villa Melzi which is a stunning place to visit too.
Beautiful hotell. we stayed on the facility that was perfect. the breakfast was good, most of what they need to start the day. helpful and friendly staff at the reception.
Great view, food and service. The host is very friendly and helpful. The chocolate dessert is amazing
