I have only ordered here twice now, first time chips amazing! Second time crumbed fish amazing! The best I've had in a long time! Def be coming back. As for the comments about the staff, they just need to be trained to say hello can I help you as soon as they see a person enter their store, once I spoke they were nice but customer service can make or break! This is the second time I've ordered a super food veggie patty halloumi wrap and they've given me a chicken patty instead of the veggie. I'm a vegetarian by birth and it's against my beliefs and religion to eat meat. I didn't know I ate the chicken till after I took my first bite and immediately threw everything in the bin. I am a food supplier, and I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I waited half an hour for my order, and the staff was quite slow and unhelpful. When I inquired about my order, they didn’t respond. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.
Nando's, you really need to reconsider the Belridge location. The service is the worst I've ever experienced. Every time I place an order through the app, there are issues, and my order seems to end up mixed up. The staff is clearly not trained well.

I experienced a 20-minute delay with my order. Additionally, the extra avocado included was brown and unappetizing, making it inedible. I'm requesting a refund for this item. I can't recommend this place unless they improve their standards. Price per person: A$20–40. Food rating: 1/5.
