I'm requesting a refund for this item. I can't recommend this place unless they improve their standards. Price per person: A$20–40. Food rating: 1/5.

As for the paella, there were hardl... read more This was the absolute worst experience. The chicken tenders were anything but tender; they were as dry as the Sahara Desert. As for the paella, there were hardly any other ingredients besides some rice! The chips were consistently dry and cold. I highly recommend avoiding this place. $32 order, almost 45 minutes late from the original delivery time, and the store is only 11minutes away from me. food was cold and soggy ontop of the driver was... read more $32 order, almost 45 minutes late from the original delivery time, and the store is only 11minutes away from me. food was cold and soggy ontop of the driver was left a note to say do not leave food on doorstep and to deliver in hand- I watched him arrive and he didn’t even knock just left the food on the floor and walked away. Upon trying to contact the store as many others there’s no answer on either the store phone or their complaints line- all round disgusting customer service and I’ll be going back to dominoes and other franchises who care about their customers Don’t go here, food isn’t worth the price
