Mcdonald's Family Restaurants - BELDON

We try and avoid this particular franchise as there always seems to be service issues, the restaurant part if not kept that clean, not sure if cutting costs with staff but this store could learn from Wanneroo or Joondalup which provide far better service.

Very disappointed after visiting McDonalds Beldon today. No receipt given for my order, very slow service and my order, when received, was sans drink and order was for lamb and feta wrap which was what was advised when order delivered but I received chicken wrap. I stood at counter being ignored waiting to request missing drink until I called attention to myself and was advised that they couldnt find cup in size I requested (perhaps he should have gone and looked for one) and when supplied no apology given. When I found meal ordered was not what I received I didnt even both to let them know as I deemed it would be waste of effort and a further waste of my time. Also the tables and counter were not being cleared and were dirty.

This is the worst Maccas Ive come across. They are always getting my orders wrong and 99% of the time I get anything with an egg in it theres ALWAYS **** shell bits in it. I live very close and it was convienient to get food from here but not anymore. I have given them many tries because people do make mistakes but seriously, enough is enough. I cant wait till HJ's opens up soon. When you do complain about the food, you only get what you ordered for the trouble, nothing extra and yet we are the ones who have to go back to get new food. Not only do you mess the whole meal up but then we use our time, petrol and inconvenience to get replacements and so many times they stuff that order up as well. Even when I don't go there for months, I can guarantee when I do go back the order is stuffed. NOT HAPPY JANNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!

Wait wait wait staff all looking at each other no one serving. This is consistently the worst McDonald's I go in.The foods is the same as every other McDonald's in the the world. But most the staff at the Beldon branch are missable, unfriendly and unprofessional. But they are constantly busy so why would they worry.
