My mum and I visited the store for an early light lunch on a day out recently. We both chose the Grilled Chicken Wrap which had grilled chicken, tomatoes, mixed lettuce, cucumber and mild chili mayo sauce. I chose to have mine fresh, whereas my mum had hers toasted. Drooped in for a quick lunch, i have tried SO at a few locations.I find there coffee is usually great but at this location was milky, i find there salads ok and very filling.Service was great staff very happy, don't like there pre-made products needs a good dressing and seasoning. We went to this restaurant for lunch and were greeted by a very friendly young woman. We decided to order a small salad with half a chicken schnitzel, pasta salad, and a marinated steak salad. The salads were fresh and delicious. It was great to be able to get a high-quality salad at a reasonable price. They were packed full and tightly packed. The restaurant was clean and very busy with a wide variety of salad choices for everyone. I would love to return to this place the next time I am in Canberra. Since it appears to be a franchise, I will definitely visit another location. It would be great to see a tasting plate option available. The salads came in small, medium, and large sizes and you could choose more than one at a time which was fantastic.

I was very impressed with the ability their to multi-task and remain polite and friendly.
I stopped in for a quick lunch at SO, a chain I have visited at multiple locations. I usually enjoy their coffee, but at this particular location, it was a bit too milky for my taste. Their salads are decent and quite filling. The service was excellent, with the staff being very friendly. I'm not a fan of their pre-made products, as they could use some better dressing and seasoning.
The restaurant not only serves excellent coffee, but also provides exceptional service. The vast array of fresh salads was both impressive and appealing. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family, and will be sure to return on my next visit.
Real healthy food. Excellent salads and the large baguettes and sandwiches look good too if you want to indulge. Quality of coffe is above average and consistent.
