He had her waiting and ignoring her while I arriv... read more Bad experience due to the very unprofessional attitude of the person in charge, especially towards my partner. He had her waiting and ignoring her while I arrived, justifying to me afterward that my own partner didn 't pronounce my name right. He subsequently refused to offer us the tasting menu because it was too late (when they had caused most of the delay), in a bad manner and without offering any apologies or solutions. At least the treatment by the waitress during the meal, Susanna, was nice and professional, but the experience with the manager completely ruined the evening.
