The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, by the beach, lovely surroundings, very friendly service, but it is a hotel where everything is stairs, ups and down... read more The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, by the beach, lovely surroundings, very friendly service, but it is a hotel where everything is stairs, ups and downs, partly because of the location, Begur is like that, this is not it's their fault, but what if it's their responsibility is to put in place measures to facilitate mobility (especially with the prices they charge) and they haven't done that, I had an injured foot and my brother was with his 7 month old baby and we found it very difficult to get around, especially to get to the rooms we were given, in a separate building at the other end of the car park to get there we had to make a long climb across the car park , and under the sun, and when we arrived at the building we still had to climb three floors of stairs because there is not even an elevator, with the baby, the stroller, bags... the price they charge is not consistent with these conditions. At such a price, we still expect a high standard rental, it is not so, do not be fooled like us! Even our neighbor was outraged but unfortunately blocked because of his children. Tiny rooms, separate double beds for dwarfs, bathrooms from the 80s and dirty, flies on the floor, rotten joints, non-existent parking Worse, almost non-existent insulation, at such a price, we live with the neighbors, I don't I've never seen this anywhere else!!
