It is really hit or miss at this place. every time I go through the, it takes about 20 minutes. if said, there is no straw or tee, the manager trembles her nose... read more It is really hit or miss at this place. every time I go through the, it takes about 20 minutes. if said, there is no straw or tee, the manager trembles her nose and rolls her eyes. the workers are not particularly efficient, either they are too busy in the rule, focusing and ending giving the wrong. the dame named debbi the work of the front counter is consistently friendly and helpful, and this is the only positive thing I can mention.

I usually get very rewarded when it comes to eating. that is unfortunately no longer the case at this particular location. I was greeted cordially enough and my order immediately taken as soon as I arrived at the theke. kind staff also! today I order a limited promotional chili burger, who comes with Texas style chili, Fritos-like maischips, wobble, two big burgerpatties and cheese. fries and added a koks to round it out. 14 minutes after my eating came at the table (that is not so long when you consider that all the workers in the hospitality in these days). that was not a particularly unexpected wait, but the burger arrived cold and dry. the pattys had been sitting somewhere for some time. Cheese was somehow glued to the pattys, but cool at the touch and not melted on the brittle. chile was also cool. the pattys were more dry than something I'd get out of a tinfoil bin at a Lobos tailgate bbq after the game started and actually kind of dry. I didn't finish the burger. I was hungry so I had eaten more than I would have looked back, as I will probably pay twice for it: first in register, and again, when my body tries to digest it. fries was okay, but not hot. I guess on the plus side, the self-service caca-caola was pretty good. premium burger will share in these less and far in between.

She was incredibly sweet, and her warm compliments and smiling face truly brightened my night. I also want to commend her for maintaining such a positive attitude and going above and beyond. The drive-thru line was extremely long, and there was a constant flow of people at the walk-in counter, making the whole atmosphere quite chaotic. Nevertheless, the entire team managed the situation remarkably well. The kindness I experienced while placing my order (and by the way, the raspberry shake is absolutely delicious!) made the wait more than worthwhile!

S... read more My first visit to this location was fantastic! Debbi at the register was outstanding; she was taking orders, delivering food, and cleaning tables all at once. She repeated our order back to us, and everything was correct! My son doesn't like tomatoes, so we usually request no tomatoes, but they got it right this time! The young man in the picture, whose name I didn't catch, delivered our food and offered us condiments for our hamburger. I highly recommend this location; despite being quite busy, they managed everything very well!
