We eat here very regularly. The food is always fresh and tasty. The servings are very decent size plus the salad bar on the side. Fantastic and friendly staff.

Went here with a large group on a Friday night. Service was fast and friendly and drinks prices reasonable. All mains come with self serve salad bar which was a relic from the 70's with potato salad and coleslaw and undressed other salad ingredients. Had the fish and chips which were huge, far too big. At around $23 a head thought it was expensive for the quality. No real atmosphere with just a tv showing the football. Probably would not go back, better options around.

The chef lacks customer service, food safety and hygiene skills. While it used to be a great place with fantastic service and great meals, it is no longer the case. The food is cold and the service from the chef is very poor.

We went to dinner and arrived just before 7 o'clock. It was quite busy, with many customers already eating. We placed our orders and I left to use the restroom at 7:05. We were informed at the time of ordering that there was a 30-45 minute wait for food, which we accepted. More customers arrived after us and placed their orders. We noticed that some of these customers received their food while we continued to wait. After waiting for over an hour, we inquired about our meals and were told they would be ready in another 5 minutes. When my meal finally arrived, it was a simple dish of chicken, chips, and frozen vegetables (understandable considering the current price of fresh veggies), but the vegetables were still cold, not even heated, and the chips were also cold. One of my companions had ordered the grilled barramundi, but the dish that arrived was grilled fish that was not barramundi. None of the staff checked on us after we received our meals, and by then we were the only customers left in the dining area. Overall, it was a very disappointing evening. We have dined at various locations over the past 25 years, and this experience was by far the worst.

I saw this pop up after one of my pervious posts and thought it would be a good place to try. Absolutely the right choice we had an early dinner here and loved it. It is a nice, clean, family friendly venue with happy and...helpful staff. The menu, whilst not large, is filled with traditional pub food at reasonable prices. The servings were generous and the quality and presentation was excellent. Best of all it tasted fabulous and there was more than we could finish. We got there early, but the place filled up quickly and everyone seems happy with the food and the service. Definitely on our list of places to re visit.
