**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag Experience at Ping Lee**
Ping Lee, located in the bustling Kiara Foodhall, presents a divide among patrons. While some rave about the flavorful offerings and appreciate the cheerful owners, others are disheartened by inconsistent quality and service. Reviews highlight a lack of attention in food presentation, with dishes often arriving disheveled and undercooked. Complaints about cleanliness and staff demeanor mar the experience, especially regarding the front counter's untidiness. Despite some positive notes on popular dishes, the restaurant faces criticism enough to deter repeat visits. As Ping Lee closes its doors in preparation for a new establishment, loyal fans lament the loss of their local favorite.

Schezuan beef and rice, fresh, plenty of beef, lots of nice vegetables.. beef samosas are so packed full of meat that I was full after just eating those. Very nice, thankyou. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I've avoided this place for years because of its appearance ,choosing places like springs and guilford instead. I ordered full dishes off the menu and I'm gobsmacked. The special fried rice is the best one I've had in perth. The beef and black bean is really nice also. My new local
Food was sad and old. Disappointed and left hungry after spending $70! Satay beef was not fresh and mostly onions, hokkien noodles were flavourless and had old or stale ingredients. The honey chicken and special rice were ok. Spring rolls were inedible and probably refried after sitting for a few hours. We’ve ordered from here before and they were great. Will not be going back after tonight. Service: Take out
