Our family of four, including two adults and two preteens, attended the bi-monthly dinner on July 8th. We arrived at the lift around 5:45 PM and were greeted with a breathtaking summer view of the mountains as we ascended. The summit was stunning and became even more enchanting while we enjoyed our appetizers, main courses, and dessert. We opted for the duck and Cornish hens, both of which were delicious, and the service was outstanding. I was genuinely impressed by how seamlessly everything came together for our meal. We stayed for the last shuttle just before sunset and even had fun playing cornhole at the mountaintop. Since dinner was reservation-only, the atmosphere was tranquil and uncrowded. This was truly an experience worth having!
This bar and snack bar is located at the top of Beech Mountain, offering breathtaking views. The patio seating is quite comfortable, although there isn't any shade available. In the afternoon, a band was setting up to play, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. We ordered a chicken salad sandwich and a smoked sausage sandwich, and both were delicious. Beech Mountain is stunning in the summer. You can take the ski lift to the summit for a leisurely ride, enjoying views of mountain bikers coming down, and you might even spot some deer or a busy muskrat along the way.
The restaurant has a nice variety of beers and drinks, along with chips or crisps. The view is fantastic, but there could be more seating available, and the bathrooms should be properly maintained.
