We grabbed prescriptions for my husband who hurt his back we wanted something quick easy for dinner. We walked up to the counter, no one there except for an employee who was sitting in the lobby on her phone. She glared at us walked to the counter, took her 3 min. Never said a word, came to the counter, put gloves on gave us a stare down. Made us feel as if we were inconveniencing her and impeding on her time. As we started to give our 1st order, I wanted to leave. She was extremely aggressive. After our order, we left and went to Walmart customer service to tell them what happened. The lady there said she had the same experience there's really nothing they could do. I was horrified that someone like this is working here, making customers feel so uncomfortable representing subway.
