We paid extra for a waffle bowl and sugar cone and we received neither. Were told they were out of waffle bowls. Would have been nice to know that in advance.

I received only half of my order correctly. The ice cream was the most expensive I've ever had, and it didn’t resemble what I had ordered at all.
