I love this ice cream! I went on a Saturday night and there was only one young gentleman working; he has a line of customers. He was kind and accommodating even though he had to run in the back several times. He should have had some help behind the counter but I’m giving 5 stars because of him. View all feedback.

The service deserves high praise. The young man was friendly and made a genuine effort to provide a great experience. Unfortunately, the smoothies were quite disappointing; they had a lumpy texture that was hard to enjoy. When he noticed my reaction, he quickly offered to remake it, which I appreciated, but I suspect this might be a recurring issue. We paid extra for a waffle bowl and sugar cone and we received neither. Were told they were out of waffle bowls. Would have been nice to know that in advance.
Upon entering the restaurant today, I noticed that the floor hadn’t been cleaned at all; it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. We ordered chocolate ice cream and immediately spotted large dead mosquitoes on top of it, which prompted us to leave right away. I had my doubts about ordering ice cream as soon as I stepped inside. The establishment really needs to implement serious hygiene practices and cleaning.
Cold Stone offers the most delicious ice cream I've ever had. It's wonderfully sweet and creamy!
I received only half of my order correctly. The ice cream was the most expensive I've ever had, and it didn’t resemble what I had ordered at all.
The ice cream was overflowing, and the cones were unwrapped, just loose in a cardboard box.
