Really comfortable environment, it is in the footprint of a former florist, so much light, super clean and very spacious. You can watch the cooks and talk to them (the family that owns the place are really great to know really up and upcoming taps in the Bedford area that do a lot for local schools and youth sports. But enough about the food, oh wow the food. Nothing is frozen or fried (they don't even have a freezer! It is all cooked FRESH and by SCRATCH (also the Vinaiigrette from family recipes they develop, and it shows. They love their recipes and are more than happy enough to offer recommendations, and trust me when you take their ideas or build your own, home trip every time. Her meatballs melt in your mouth, her pasta is perfectly cooked, and her sauces have more spices and varieties than Sicily itself. If you need for a fast casual Italian restaurant with healthy options and at home enough for a family dinner, or are looking for something really fresh food, go to TABLE 8!

I make an effort to try different dishes each time, and I've never encountered an error with my order or left feeling anything less than completely satisfied. The meals are healthy and truly evoke the flavors of a stylish Italian restaurant's pasta, so I would consider it to be on the pricier side. Thank you!

One thing to note is the the vegetable noodle are not regular noodle made with vegetable juices. Instead, it is noodles made out of vegetables! She patiently answered all our questions and informed us about the promotional offers. Once we returned to the office and tasted our lunch, we were blown away by how delicious the food was! The gentleman in the kitchen was also very kind and clearly knows his way around cooking. I will definitely be returning and plan to recommend this place to everyone I know. Great job, Table 8!
