In fact, the farmer who grows the rhubarb has celiac disease, which inspired Fancy Bakery to create gluten-free rhubarb muffins so that he could also enjoy their delicious offerings made from his harvest. Enjoying a gluten-free rhubarb muffin while hearing such heartwarming stories truly embodies the community spirit of this place. It’s a rarity these days, and I cherish it! Their toasted sandwiches are surprisingly filling, especially when served on house-baked sourdough bread. Every dish is made with high-quality ingredients, and you can really taste the difference. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. If I lived nearby, I would definitely be getting my bread from them every week!

I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of baked goods and savory options available. The menu had just the right amount of choices—enough for alternatives without being overwhelming.
