As we approached the door, we noticed two customers seated inside and one young femal... read more I visited Sweet Frog on October 20, 2022, around 8:55 PM with two friends. As we approached the door, we noticed two customers seated inside and one young female employee. Just as we reached for the door, she switched off the "open" sign. We opened the door and inquired if they were closed, to which she curtly replied, "Yep." I found this strange, especially given that there were already customers inside. It felt like she was giving special treatment to her friends. Afterward, I checked the operating hours for Sweet Frog and found out that they are supposed to close at 10 PM. I couldn't understand why she so rudely turned away loyal customers while there were others still being served. Additionally, I had thought that Sweet Frog operated as a "Christian" establishment, and her behavior did not seem very in line with that philosophy. This situation deserves attention, as her demeanor was blatantly rude and it could be negatively impacting the business.

The staff serves the toppings, and they're quite generous with each one! If you prefer smaller portions, be sure to request less. Overall, the food is delicious!

Went on 10-20-22 at 8:55 at night, I was there with two other friends, and as we were walking up to the door there was two customers sitting at the table, and o... read more Went on 10-20-22 at 8:55 at night, I was there with two other friends, and as we were walking up to the door there was two customers sitting at the table, and one young female worker, we went to open the door and she turned off the ?open? sign? So weopen the door and ask ?are you closed?? And she says ?yep?. Which I thought was weird since there was customers inside. Musthave been special treatment for her friends. So then I go and look up when Sweet Frog ACTUALLY closes and it says 10. So I?mwondering why she so RUDELY turned customers away that go very regularly to this establishment? When there was already customersinside? But then decided to take it upon herself to refuse us service. I also thought Sweet Frog was a ?Christian?establishment, and that didn?t seem very Christian to me. You all really need to look into this, she is blatantly rude, and isobviously making this company lose money.

The only problem is the mach... read more The workers are amazing, the ice cream is delicious even without the toppings, and the handsoap in the bathrooms smell really good. The only problem is the machines, the claw machines: the good prizes are in a place where the claw can't grab and thedookie prizes are in the open and sometimes their out of order. The other is the coin machine, the coins take a while to push tothe edge and a lot of quarters, also the special coins are normally pushed into the back sometimes your quarters get stuck, alsosometimes it is rigged, my aunt has won 2 prizes, a 1906 Indian head and a 1956 wheat penny and I have won 0. Other than those 2things ????? for this ice cream shop.
