Description
Bright and tidy, this new Progress Ridge bubble-tea spot pairs a broad tea selection and generous boba with customizable sweetness and ice levels. Service is fast — short waits off-peak, modest queues at busy times — and staff-friendly; online ordering and call-ahead smooth peak visits. The drink menu shines with Thai, winter-melon, and Okinawa variants, though sweetness and occasional powder settling can vary. A small hot-food menu offers crunchy popcorn chicken, takoyaki and fried cheese sticks; a few fried items feel underseasoned or portioned inconsistently.

The Fried Lobster Balls only come with 6 pieces instead of the 9 mentioned in the description. They lack taste and flavor, resembling bland, artificial flour balls. The Taro Milk Tea is decent, although there is some undissolved powder at the bottom. On a positive note, the Fried Cheese Sticks are delicious and crispy.
The Okinawa Milk Tea was surprisingly not as sweet as I anticipated, but in the best way possible. The Basil Popcorn Chicken and Takoyaki were delightful treats, perfectly crispy and seasoned just right.
Earl Grey boba is always my favorite choice! The fried cheese sticks were surprisingly delightful—no marinara sauce needed (though I didn’t try them with any).
One of my favorite boba spots in Beaverton! Their drinks are consistently great, and I really appreciate the ability to customize the sweetness and ice levels. They have a wide variety of drink options. My top picks are the winter melon tea with boba and grass jelly, as well as the milk tea with boba and coffee jelly. The staff always puts in a lot of effort to get the drinks out quickly. However, during peak times, you might experience a wait of about 10 to 15 minutes, so it's good to be patient. I often prefer to call ahead or order online to skip the wait during busy hours.
